here are several recent photos taken of 80% of our grandkids. the first is ella playing fullback on her select soccer team. the hall photo was taken while 3 of them were playing "hall ball". (they all survived without injury). the last photo is a halloween preview. click on the photo pane for enlarged photos.

we and the brewsters made the trip to austin to celebrate penelope’s second birthday. we all had a fun time and it was good to see them. one thing we know for sure – clara and pen love birthday cake! of course the adults confirmed it was really good. the remodeled kitchen looks great!
